Your main responsibilities will include:
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of income tax returns for individuals, serving a diverse clientele with varied financial and professional situations (self-employed, employees, company directors, investors, etc.)
- Fiscal meetings with clients to discuss their personal situations and provide tailored tax advice
- Analysis of personal situations and preparation of tax simulations to compare different tax regimes
- Contribution to the following tasks:
- Tax assistance for expatriates upon their arrival or departure from Luxembourg, including all tax-related procedures and the organization of entrance and exit meetings
- Collaboration with Baker Tilly offices abroad on cross-border cases
- Preparation and delivery of training sessions
- Keeping up-to-date with tax legislation and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and service quality
👔 Your Profile:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in accounting, law, or a related field, along with a certificate in Luxembourg personal income tax (Cycle A)
- Proven experience in personal taxation, gained over several years in a consulting firm, fiduciary, Big 4, or similar environment
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German is considered a plus
