💼 Your Responsibilities

As IT Application Development Manager, you will be the internal point of reference for our business applications and the management of our IT tools. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Application Management: Serve as the primary contact for internal managers and users regarding license tracking, updates, software access, and incident resolution, in collaboration with our external service provider.
  • Business Process Optimization: Continuously improve our solutions, develop customized reporting, and implement tailored workflows.
  • Deployment and Integration: Oversee the evolution and interconnection of keyapplications such as BOB50, Odoo, and Silverfin.
  • Training and Support: Organize and lead workshops to maximize tool efficiency and adoption among teams.
  • Collaboration with Business Teams and Clients: Understand needs, propose tailored solutions, and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Actively participate in internal AI-integrated projects to automate tasks, enhance user experience, and optimize services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Formalize procedures, document developments, and collaborate within the internal IT Committee.

👔 Your Profile

  • Strong experience in IT application and project management, ideally within a fiduciary, accounting, or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of BOB50 and Odoo, ideally also Silverfin.
  • Good understanding of fiduciary-related business processes and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and interest in innovative technologies, including AI.
  • Passionate about technology and driven by innovation.
  • Service-oriented, detail-focused, analytical, and capable of working independently.
