Michaël DUVAL

Michaël Duval joined Baker Tilly Luxembourg in 2008 and was promoted to Director in 2025.

He has nearly 20 years’ experience in accounting, taxation, financial analysis, corporate structuring and supporting business leaders. He primarily advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and scale-ups, SMEs and growing companies, adopting a pragmatic, business-focused approach.

Michaël also assists his clients with their accounting, tax and VAT obligations, as well as with financial monitoring and the implementation of solutions tailored to their growth. He also works with investment structures and unregulated funds, particularly in relation to their accounting organisation, financial reporting and day-to-day tax matters.

He has a particular interest in innovative environments, new business models and the Web3 ecosystem in Luxembourg.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Luxembourg and is a Chartered Accountant.

Michaël speaks French (mother tongue) and English.
