Julie RATAJCZAK

Julie joined Baker Tilly in 2010 and was promoted to Partner in September 2026. She specialises in advising on remuneration and employee benefits, as well as on personal tax and social security matters.

In her day-to-day work, she leads global mobility projects for international groups and oversees personal tax advisory engagements. Julie also heads the payroll department, where she oversees operations, team performance and the quality of services delivered to clients.

Julie regularly leads seminars and training sessions on tax and social security topics.

She holds a Master’s degree in European and International Law from the University of Lille 2 and a Master’s degree in Geopolitics from IRIS Paris.

Julie speaks French (mother tongue) and English.
