Laure SINESI

Laure is a Legal Director with 26 years of professional experience in corporate law, including nearly 18 years at Baker Tilly Luxembourg.

She advises Luxembourg and international clients, ranging from SMEs and entrepreneurial structures to multinational groups, on a broad range of corporate and business law matters, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, financing transactions and corporate governance.

Laure has an extensive experience supporting cross-border transactions and complex international projects, adopting a pragmatic approach focused on securing clients' operations.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Université de Lorraine – IAE Nancy (France) and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Université Nancy II (France).

Laure speaks French (mother tongue) and English.
