Laure SINESI

Laure joined Baker Tilly Luxembourg in 2008 and was promoted to Legal Director in 2021.

She has nearly 26 years of professional experience in corporate and business law, including more than 18 years with Baker Tilly Luxembourg. She supports Luxembourg and international clients, including entrepreneurs, SMEs and international groups, on a broad range of corporate and business law matters throughout the life cycle of their companies.

Her expertise covers corporate structuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance, cross-border operations and Luxembourg business licences.

As Legal Director, Laure coordinates complex matters and contributes to the development of her team members, while ensuring pragmatic, secure and high-quality corporate legal support to Baker Tilly Luxembourg’s clients.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration and a degree in Private Law from the University of Nancy (France).

Laure is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
