By joining Baker Tilly as a Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of payroll operations for our clients. You will leverage your technical expertise within a dynamic team while contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

💼 Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for preparing payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• You will prepare declarations to be submitted to local authorities, as well as reports requested by clients.
• You will keep up-to-date with Luxembourg payroll and social legislation.
• You will liaise with various social security bodies: ACD, CCSS, ITM, ADEM, etc.

👔 Your Profile

• A minimum of Bac +2/3 qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
