It is now possible to set up a limited liability company (S.à r.l.) without having to wait for a bank account to be opened.

The law resulting from Bill No. 8669, passed on 28 April 2026, allows the payment of the minimum share capital to be deferred for up to 12 months after the company’s incorporation.
